Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking as soon as your order ships.
United States
Standard shipping: 6–10 business days from dispatch. Tracking is provided on every order via email, so you can follow your ROAMs from our door to yours.
International
We ship to 10+ countries worldwide with full tracking. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 8–14 business days from dispatch. Any customs fees or import duties are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at help@roamfootwear.com and we'll resolve it quickly.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at help@roamfootwear.com as soon as possible — we can update the address before the order ships, but can't make changes once it's on its way.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your local carrier first. Still missing after 48 hours? Contact us and we'll make it right.
