Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every pair. ROAM Cloud comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee — wear them, walk in them, live in them. If they're not the most comfortable sneakers you've owned, we'll make it right.

Our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee
You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Unlike most brands, you don't need to keep them in the box — we encourage you to actually wear them. We simply ask that items are returned in reasonable condition with their original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return
Email us at help@roamfootwear.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest — including your return instructions and shipping label. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns can't be processed.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are free within 60 days. Contact us at help@roamfootwear.com and we'll arrange your new pair.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few additional days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at help@roamfootwear.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The 60-day ROAM guarantee applies in addition to this.
